Hightlights of the M/C
*Speed: The speed can be adjustable. The fastest weaving (winding) speed is 100 m/ min.
*Production capacity: 60 pcs to 160 pcs per hour depend on clutch facing diameter
*Man power: one worker at least can operate 2 sets machines and if the impregnated yarn in good quality,one worker can operate 4 sets machines.
Range of clutch facing can be weaved: Maximum outer diameter 430mm, Minimum outer diameter 160mm clutch facing. Limit minimum winding outer diameter 160 mm inner diameter 110mm clutch facing.
*Clutch Facing front side and back side: use 2 kinds of dref yarn and one of which contains copper. Our machine can weave front side of the clutch facing contains copper and back side no copper.
*High accuracy for weighing impregnated yarn. Weight variation is minimum within plus minus 10 grams.
*Upgradation: Non adjustable Patter Clutch Facing Weaving Machine can only weave one pattern and the pattern petal is 5.6. this pattern petal clutch facing is roundness, clear and beautiful. It is good and stable popular pattern.. The adjustable pattern clutch facing weaving machine is composed of one asynchronous motor and one servo motor through PLC which can change the speed and weaving different patterns. Our customers usually use 5.58/5.42/5.31/3.85/4.61/5.26 pattern petal.
